Siddhant Puri is a legal professional with experience in commercial litigation, arbitration, and corporate advisory. He currently serves as a Senior Associate at Economic Laws Practice, where he works on advisory and disputes matters involving consumer claims, contractual disputes, and regulatory issues, including matters relating to concession agreements with the National Highways Authority of India and compliance considerations under the SEBI InVIT Regulations. Prior to this, he worked as an Associate at Zeus Law Associates, where he handled complex litigation, arbitration, environmental, and insolvency matters, particularly within the construction and aviation sectors, and represented clients before arbitral tribunals, the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, the National Green Tribunal, and other quasi-judicial bodies. Earlier in his career, Siddhant worked with Aura & Co. and Fox & Mandal (erstwhile BlackRobe Chambers), gaining extensive experience in constitutional, corporate, and commercial disputes and appearing before multiple courts and tribunals including the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, NCLT, NCLAT, and NCDRC. Over the years, he has been involved in several significant matters, including arbitration proceedings relating to large construction disputes, international commercial arbitration concerning petroleum exploration contracts, and constitutional challenges before the Delhi High Court. He has also contributed to legal scholarship, with articles published in platforms such as LiveLaw and Business Standard, and holds a BBA.LLB (Hons.) degree from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi.
