Vipul Gaur has completed his Masters in Law (LLM) from National Law School of India University, Bangalore (NLSIU) and currently pursuing PhD in Cyber Laws from Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Patiala (RGNUL). He has authored several articles in leading newspapers, journals, book chapters and has 5 edited books.
