"Urvashi Chauhan is a lawyer and legal professional based in Noida, India, with experience in litigation, legal research, and public legal discourse. She graduated with a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Amity Law School, Noida, where she secured a Gold Medal in Law and maintained an outstanding academic record with a CGPA of 9.50. During her time at law school, she received multiple academic scholarships for excellence in academics and was also honoured with the Shri Baljit Shastri Award for Best in Human Values, reflecting her commitment to ethical and socially conscious legal practice.

She served as the Operations Head at LiveLaw Media Pvt. Ltd. and was also a video presenter for the platform, where she hosted and produced legal content aimed at making complex judicial developments accessible to a wider audience. With a unique blend of litigation experience and legal media expertise, she worked at the intersection of law, journalism, and public legal education.

Urvashi subsequently worked as a Junior Associate in the office of Sr. Adv. P. V. Dinesh, Supreme Court of India. In this role, she assisted in litigation before the Supreme Court and was involved in preparing legal strategies, conducting detailed research, drafting briefs, and attending court proceedings.

Alongside her litigation work, Urvashi has maintained a strong interest in academic research and legal writing. She has authored several publications on issues relating to constitutional law, human rights, governance, and social justice. Her works include writings on topics such as the exclusion of PM CARES from the ambit of the Right to Information Act, the rights of manual scavengers and the need for stronger sanitation law frameworks, and the relationship between poverty and the right to life under constitutional jurisprudence. She has also contributed to interdisciplinary discussions on rural healthcare challenges, particularly in relation to blood availability and public health infrastructure.
