Parijat is an Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India with experience in complex commercial disputes, arbitration, and insolvency litigation, currently at Foresight Law Offices, India, as Principal Associate.

She graduated from Chanakya National Law University, Patna, with B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) in 2017. She began her legal career practicing before the Patna High Court, where she worked on a wide range of matters including service law disputes, constitutional challenges, banking recovery proceedings, and consumer litigation. This early exposure helped build a strong litigation foundation and shaped her interest in commercial and corporate disputes.

Over the years, her practice has increasingly focused on insolvency and restructuring matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. She has represented resolution professionals, corporate debtors, successful resolution applicants, and management teams in complex insolvency proceedings before the NCLT, NCLAT, and the Supreme Court of India. Her work has involved advising on and drafting resolution plans, handling appellate litigation, and navigating disputes arising in large real estate and infrastructure insolvencies.

She has also been involved in several arbitration and commercial dispute matters, representing infrastructure and EPC companies in high-value claims, jurisdictional challenges, and contractual disputes before arbitral tribunals and High Courts.

Alongside her litigation practice, Parijat regularly writes on developments in insolvency law, corporate restructuring, and commercial jurisprudence, with her articles published on leading legal platforms. Her work reflects a combination of courtroom advocacy, strategic advisory, and continued engagement with evolving areas of commercial law.
