She works across a range of contexts, from interpersonal and family disputes to organizational conflicts, crafting processes that are empathetic, structured, and outcome driven.
Nupur is particularly interested in the dynamics of forgiveness and reconciliation, studying how victims and families approach accountability in both serious and minor offenses across diverse urban and regional settings in India.
Beyond her professional work, she empowers others through workshops, coaching, and her writings, guiding participants to approach conflict with clarity, compassion, and confidence.
Through her mediation practice and her books, Nupur demonstrates that resolving conflicts is not just about agreements, but about creating spaces where understanding, growth, and mutual respect thrive, turning tension into transformation.
